Shippings
1) The shipping fees will be different in function from the zone where the product be sent and the size and weight of the same one.
2) For the rest of shipments contact with us and we will report him of our shipping rates.
3) The client has also the possibility to send to his own shipping compnay or transport, in this case any damage that receive the product due to the transportation will run for account of the client.
Returns
1) You have a time limit of 24 hours from the reception of the order to communicate to Bricomon any damage produced by the transport of the product, in this case Bricomon will be put in contact with the shipping company for take the corresponding measures.
2) If There are any damage caused by a problem of production or by a bad installation on the part of Bricomon, should be contact with Bricomon before return of the same one. Bricomon compromises to replace the pieces damaged by happinesses you cause.
3) There are a maximum time limit of 15 days for the return of the product, so that refund be accepted by Bricomon should be included the complete packing of all the products to return and a photocopy of the invoice of the same.
4) If the return is produced by a failure or defect of production of the product, Bricomon will pay the cost of shipment. Otherwise the shipping will be paid for the client.
5) Before carrying out any return should notify to Bricomon the motive by the one that returns the product and the date of shipment of the same one. Otherwise Bricomon the right is reserved to reject the shipment. If Bricomon reject the shipment the cost of the shipping.
